Contemporary Czech dance and motion theatre at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival

Czech Centre London in cooperation with the Arts and Theatre Institute supported by the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic organizes the Czech Showcase of contemporary dance and motion theatre at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe for the sixth time.

Edinburgh Festival Fringe (August 4 – 28, 2017) is the biggest showcase of performing arts in the world. Thousands of performances from all over the world are staged there every year with hundreds of thousands of viewers. Therefore, Fringe is attended by professional audiences and journalists as well as viewers from all over the world. The festival takes place for the whole month all around the city and has special atmosphere thanks to ubiquitous street theatre and beautiful urban landscape.

Czech Centre London in cooperation with the Arts and Theatre Institute and other Czech and British partners supported by the Czech Ministry of Culture organizes Czech Showcase of contemporary dance and motion theatre for the sixth time with the following performers: Cirk La Putyka, Spitfire Company, DOT504, 420PEOPLE and Lenka Vagnerová & Company.

The press conference about this year’s Czech participation takes place on 11th July at 11 am at the Czech Centre Gallery, Rytířská ulice 31, Praha 1.
